Where do you look to verify On Board Credit (OBC)?

I was looking over our upcoming Oasis sailing reservation and I cannot find our on board credit amount.

The only place I can put it together is on our paper receipts bookings and such.

Is there anywhere with reservation number you can verify amount?

Contact whoever booked your cruise and ask for Royal's Guest Copy of your booking confirmation. That document has a section in the middle of the page listing OBC.

If you order a booking invoice from whomever you booked with it will be listed about halfway down the page. OBC from TA's does not appear on there however.

Your TA's office will send the OBC to the ship a week before sailing. Constantly check with your TA that she has a receipt that it was done. One time I didn't follow up and it never showed and RCCL wouldn't honor the OBC, as I didn't book with RCCL.

When we booked through RCL, it showed on the receipt they emailed. The amount was split under DH and myself (i.e. The 2 adults)

There was an entire thread on that very topic recently. You'd be surprised at how much push back that it received. Seemed like a good idea to me.

From my recent experience on the Quantum. The OBC from RCL in the usage of NCC is listed on the invoice. The OBC's from my TA was not available for confirmation until the second day of the cruise. All of the OBC were totally confirmed by the second day.
