Insides get $25 and solo cabins get half that, so in fact they could have given the OP $12.50 OBC,but they rounded up to $13

I would be thankful for $13 OBC - would buy something little in the store........a bag of jelly beans or a magnet for the frig......or if you wait until the last day one of the $10 T-shirts on their sidewalk sale.;p

My guess the refundable is the studio cabin and the non refundable is a regular inside. Like this example the first is studio,middle inside,last studio

I got $13 too for a studio. you can spend it before getting on the ship too, so i'll put it towards something. But I also got another $75 OBC from the agent i booked through, so i'm cool with that.
