Balcony cabins on Fantasy Class ships

Is there room to position one twin bed lengthwise along the wall across from the dresser? The head of the bed would be by the bathroom wall and the foot of the bed would be up against the other twin bed. Trying to gain more open floor space. Has anyone tried this or have room/bed measurements? Or can you suggest anywhere on the web to look? TIA - Debbie

Probably depends on the type of balcony cabin. You say "Fantasy class", but all fantasy class ships aren't the same. Which specific ship and what type of cabin might help.

My guess says that the OP was talking about tacked-on balconies, which were retrofitted onto the outside of the hull years after the ship was built. Not all Fantasy-class ships have them; for example, Sensation has them, but Imagination does not. Those cabins were never built for a balcony, so the furniture layout in them has to be set up around a balcony door that "isn't supposed to there", which can result in awkward placement at times.

I don't think he/she was talking about original balconies found only in suites (on Fantasy-class ships, that is), located on Upper and Veranda decks. In those cabins, the balcony door is part of the layout, and so is the furniture placement.
