Yes, the Majestic Princess will dock at the OPT at Circular Quay. I assume you mean hotel. Plenty of hotels within a short distance of the OPT but prices will depend on time of year visiting Sydney. If staying more than a night, perhaps consider a serviced apartment which will have self catering and laundry facilities. It also depends on what you think is a moderate price. Look on some of the hotel booking websites to get an idea of hotels and prices and do some mock bookings.
