Finding ship transport from airport to pier.

We opted to use royal Caribbean transport to get us from the plane to the ship. We weren't told anywhere to go or what time they would be there. Will they be holding a sign with our ships name somewhere? How will we know where to find them?

There will be somebody in baggage claim with the company name. It will not have your name on the sign but the person holding the sign will have a list. If you can't find them, go to the ground transportation info desk at the airport.

We don't use the cruise lines shuttles, but when we have arrived at baggage claim, we have seen a couple of people walking around holding up signs like "Royal Caribbean" "HAL" "Princess", etc.

They have a clip board that has the passengers names and the times and flight numbers they are expected to arrive.
