Jacksonville: Experience with Crowne Plaza

We have booked the cruise package with Crowne Plaza for our May cruise. Does anyone have any experience with the hotel, shuttle service and parking? Lots of reviews online about the hotel itself, but really looking for more cruise related reviews about the hotel. First time we have used a cruise package with a hotel.
