5 day menu?

We'll be going on the Carnival Fantasy in October for 5 days. Is the menu for this length of cruise generally the first 5 days of a 7 day cruise or do they mix them up. I assume that the actual menus do not change from all the other ships, but that they just choose 5 of the 7. Thanks.
