Here’s mine:

An alarm clock. I have a cheap digital battery operated clock that lights up when you tap it. It helps to see in the cabin in the dark and it’s nice to know what time it is.

A manila envelope with a thin piece of cardboard in it to put all of my pictures in that we buy so they don't get bent up in the luggage.

Also, a pill box with some OTC meds in case.

Also, underwear.

I don't think there is a U.S. plug in the bathroom.

A LED nightlight to plug in in the bathroom outlet.

We have found that the outlet in the bathroom is marked "for shavers only." Plus, on at least one of our cruises (could have been Freedom, Liberty, Splendor, Valor, or Conquest), that outlet was only active when the bathroom light is on. We use a battery-operated little tea-light size plastic "candle" as a night light in the bathroom.
