GSC/HC rental options/prices

We have the $50 shorex credit because we booked that weekend where everyone got all 5 Free at Sea choices. But we've never taken a ship excursion and don't really have an interest in it. What things can you rent at Great Stirrup Cay and Harvest Caye that are completely or mostly covered by the $50? I'm thinking of things like kayaks, clamshells, etc. Not sure what else they might have, other than cabanas, which are not in my budget.

Harvest Caye has pedal boat rentals as an excursion $29 total per hour for a 2 person boat and $39 total for a 4 person boat. You book for one passenger.
