As I suspected, I did not receive an answer to my question from P&O. However, the cost of a shuttle through them was £5 per adult each way, and £2.50 per child each way. Show your cruise card and the cost is added to your shipboard account.

We had chosen to book using a Saver fare.

We have done select, early saver and saver. All been good experiences. Usually get freedom dining which is what we would choose and always had great cabins.....so far. Just booked early saver again for August so fingers crossed .

Does anyone know anything about the shuttle bus in Bruges (Zeebrugge)?
Thanks,

Ships shuttle buses run from the port to Blankenburg a few miles up the coast. The train station is located here if you were looking to do a DIY trip to Bruges.

Alternatively go out of the port gates, turn right and head for the church. Buy a return tram ticket from the shop opposite and save yourself a few bob.
