We are YC and plan to get there as early as possible to get on the ship as early as possible! Maximizing our family vacation is top priority! Once on board what’s the first things we need to do? We are traveling with kids. Should we head to the kids club immediately? Anyone have any advice?

The kids club is set up in the atrium for registration. Kids club is closed on the day of embarkation. At night you can go and see the club and register if you have not done so but can not leave your children. I recommend getting them register in the atrium as they are set up to handle a crowd.

Also get your water slide bracelets at the bottom of the slide board slide on deck 18. They are also closed that day and the lines were massive on the 1st sea day to get your bracelets.

If you have purchased spa treatments pre-cruise, figure out when you want use them and have YC concierge book them. Also, if you have a fairly consistent time you like to have dinner and want to see the shows, make show reservations for the week to accommodate your dining time. For example, we like to have dinner around 8:00, so we booked the 7:00 shows all week and then wandered back to YC for dinner.
