Travelling to the West End

We just booked a cruise for next year and are considering our excursion options.

Some boats leave from the West End. How are the road conditions from the port to the West End -- how many hills are we going to have to deal with? A few in our part have a tendency to get car sick and that is something I am taking into consideration as I start researching excursions.

Paved road all the way, some beautiful vistas along the way and no big hills. Haven't been there since the hurricanes so can't say what the road condition is right now.

From cruise port to West End is all paved roads - the big hills with winding roads & scenic views is when you take transportation from the cruise port to the well known beaches on the north side of the island.

No worries about hills, it's a nice, flat drive along a beautiful coast with islands to see.
