Amazon Fire Stick

Did a search and nothing came up to answer my question. Can an Amazon Fire Stick or Apple TV connect to the Samsung TV’s?

We are on Oceania Riviera now, and so far it’s been a great cruise, as usual. There have been a couple of interesting incidents involving one passenger and his out of control behavior. We were in the casino playing the poker machines that are near the craps table. This one guy is beyond loud and rude and his frequent use of expletives is annoying. But his worst behavior is stroking and grabbing other women who were also playing craps. Last night, he grabbed the behind of a woman who’s husband was playing. She firmly told the man to stop doing this, and her husband became very angry. He told the guy that no one touches his wife and Mr Obnoxious said, “you wanna take this outside?” The husband asked to see an officer and one came to the casino and asked the couple if they wanted to file a report. Both said yes, of course they want to because she isn’t the only woman he’s been grabbing, and he’s also been touching the female casino staff. Obnoxious said to the guy, “I said I was sorry.” But the wife said his apology didn’t mean anything. The officer left, and we left the casino at that point, so I don’t know what happened after that. But I will guess they won’t do anything to Obnoxious because he gambles HEAVY, and cruise lines do tend to give them a bit of leeway. Ships like those who lose big.

A Fire Stick generally connects to any TV with an available HDMI port, but may also require a separate power supply. A strong wi-fi signal is needed for streaming, and the ship may be blocking streaming sites such as Netflix as a way to manage bandwidth.

Wow! Sounds kind of exciting. Wouldn’t have minded being a fly on the wall to watch that;)
