My family and I love to shop, but not the fancy shops, the small Cozumel-market types. Is there anywhere in Curacao like the shops in Cozumel? Any big open market or anything?

The New Market is the closest thing to this. There are also local vendors after you walk through the Rif Fort on the way to the Queen Emma floating bridge.
