What is the one thing you have to buy while on the ship?

Certain drink, souveneir.. Spa package?

What is it? What do these normally run price wise..

If you are going to the Caribbean (I am not sure they have them on the Alaska cruises or the Mexican Riviera), the Tortuga Rum Cakes. They are just fantastic!!!:)

We buy a Christmas ornament with the ships name. Also, the photo department has a photo book of all the ship's public rooms which we buy.

Cigerettes-- since they were dirt cheap compared to home.

But since I am in the process of quitting-- i gotta buy something else.

I would love to buy a rum cake *You can get them online as well* but I don't see their locations on my islands. (San Juan, Tortola, St. Thomas)

Ship Christmas ornament and pens with the floating ship in them.

We each have to have a t-shirt with ship name / logo / port stops. Makes me think of the cruise everytime I see them in my closet. And often people stop me and say they sailed on that ship or about to go.

The Tortuga Rum Cakes are great, too.

I have to have a DOD once we get on the ship, have to buy a shot glass with the ship on it and a shot glass from every new port!

Have to have one formal picture, a shot glass from each port, and a Carnival DOD cup.

DH and I always buy booze when we get to the islands. It's really kind of messed up. Neither of us are really drinkers either... so the booze is sitting around, sort of like a collection. ;)

One or more of the biggest bottles of Grey Goose Vodka available. Liquor prices in Oregon are insane.

I buy a round of shots for all at the first bar I walk up to when I get on the ship

The shot glass with the pewter ship emblem on the front from each ship, although they only had beer mugs on the Victory so we got one of those instead. :D

I have been on three Carnival cruises, and I have only received one of these. So you are not alone on not receiving the pictures. However, the one I did get was really nice.
