NCL Star Shore Excursion question

Does anyone know who the tour company is that NCL will use in Puerto Vallarta for the Yelapa and Mahahuitas excursion? Is it possible for someone living in Puerto Vallarta to book the excursion directly with tour guide and join my wife and I on our tour while we are there?

Thank you all for the responses. We did the cruise ship shore excursion done by the tour company, "Vallarta Adventures". It was only available to those on the ship and outsiders could not join us. The tour was fantastic and Yelapa was amazing. I highly recommend taking the tour.
