Vision of sea/weather

On Vision now, we are scheduled to be on time. We have a missing crew member that they are looking for. So far not looking good. Seas are really bad, with high waves and much glass breaking. Hope he didn't fall overboard.

Someone on fb posted 15-18 foot seas and like 60 mph winds. I think a lot of us, particular those that cruise out of the NE feel 15-18 waves aren't anything to get excited about. The missing crew member is a different story. No one, including crew should have been outside in winds that high. Outside decks are more than likely closed.
