Hi

I have heard all the nice things about the cruises to St.Lucia and the wonderful excursions all over the island. The question I have is that I hear staying at the Anse Chastanet is really great. The surroundings are wonderful, the views spectacular, the food ?? and activites are awesome. I firgure after crusing there someone might have stay at this resort and could fill me in with some of the details.

Did you stay long and howlong is too long ? and when to go.

Rooms with the volcano views, which ones are best ?

Thanks for your help, I will keep looking to find more info.

PS : I did cruise some time ago.....

Didn't stay at Anse, but at Ladera. GREAT resort! Open air rooms, fabulous views of the Pitons, wonderful restaurant, etc. The only thing not-going for Ladera is there is obviously no beach since you sit so high in the mountains. We spent all our time at the Jalousie Hilton.

If we were to go back to St. Lucia again, we'd stay at the Hilton and eat at Ladera.
