Marian Wood Meyer, my wife of 42 years died last week

Its been a long time since I posted on these boards...but its been a busy time with 5 grandkids. Marian died peacefully last week after a short hospitalization.

Upon reading the obituary it struck me how long it's been since we last saw you. Ryan was about 2 at the time and he's 11 now!

condolences to you and your family. I can't imagine after so many years of marriage how hard this must be for you. We have been married 60 years and I am concerned all the time about losing my lifelong partner.

I peruse these threads periodically when checking the roll call of my upcoming cruise. I was prompted to read the obituary for your wife when I noticed your posting. She was obviously "quite a lady". I have come to understand how much you will miss her. So sorry for your loss.
