Parking Tampa Cruise

We are cruising from Tampa on Oct 6, 2018. I would appreciate some suggestions for a safe and reasonable parking lot. Thank you for your advice.

Parking at the port is very convenient and safe. Valet parking is a flat $20 extra over the regular rate of $15/day.

In addition to port parking, Including that GREAT valet service Bob mentioned, there are a few off site lots. We have used parkology. They have an open lot but we have found them to be reliable for drop off and pickup. Also, many area hotels have a room rate that includes both the room and cruise parking.

I give another vote for the valet parking. It is soooo easy. ;p

Otherwise you will be dragging your cases 1/4 mile to the covered parking lot in the rain ;)

We have used the covered garage across the street. Super convenient. I will drop everyone off at terminal with luggage , then park the car and walk over. I’ll do the reverse on debarkation day. No lugging suitcases .

We are a little more cost conscious so never park at the port (except in Miami). Our go-to in Tampa has been the "parking doctors" - we find them to be very convenient and reasonably priced. It's our personal choice, others obviously have theirs - all good!

Is there still a covered garage across the street now that they are in a different terminal than they have been the past few years? (forgot the new terminal number)

If you are looking for a hotel offering cruise parking packages, several hotels in the Rocky Point area (Hampton Inn, chase Suites, Hilton, etc.) offer parking packages including shuttle service.
