Just signed in to Princess website and got this message

I was able to access it using the form.

Any ideas why the manage my bookings would have disappeared.

Sailing in Royal Princess - November 24, 2018.

I haven't gotten this message today, but I can't log in. Princess' website is showing attitude again, I suppose.

I imagine something is off on their site but it worries me a little. All my cruises have my cabin category sold out.

Anyone else experiencing this?

They are having website problems this morning. I don't think there is a cruise line with a good website. Princess seems to be better than most but still has a ways to go.

You are correct. I am unable to view as well. When I try to use my account drop down and select upcoming cruises it takes me to a recap of my captains circle information.

Looks like it is this Sunday’s glitch..... there always seems to be some type of glitch on Sunday’s.

The site has been down several times over the last 48 hours for updates according to the webpage as late as midnight last night when I tried logging in and searching cruises.

It appears they are updating stuff.

Just logged on to my account- my cruise next month (my first with Princess, paid in full) and it says there are no bookings associated with your sign in- should I be concerned?

Mine says the same thing for both of our upcoming cruises, one in December paid in full and one in August of 2019. It says the same in my Mom's for her December one also paid in full. Earlier it didn't recognize my password and last night they were doing maintenance. Sounds like there's a glitch!

Same issue here but ... you can access your booked cruises using the alternative method with name, birth date and booking number.

I needed to get into the cruise personalized last night at 9:00 pm PST and received a message that they were doing maintenance until 6:00 am PST.

Yep I'm having the same problem. Wanted to make a cruise payment. Guess I'll wait until they fix their umpteenth website issue.

Must be Princess. They don't even list your number of cruises sailed.

No need to be snarky about it. I did a search earlier and found nothing and now I see ONE other thread with a similar issue posted about 15 minutes prior to this one. The world needs more kindness.

Noon Eastern Time. I just called Princess over the same issue, and the girl immediately said "..oh, I think they're working on the web site..." She verified all four of our booked cruises were still there even though the site says we have no linked trips, and she said they should be back up soon...

I had the same experience this morning, but was able to access my booking with my booking number as described above. It does give one a moment of panic though!

Just saw this thread so checked and all 4 of my booked cruises show up just fine. Apparently they have fixed the issue.

The web site is notorious for such issues.

Seems to be all better now. My cruises are showing just fine.
