Taxi from Carnival Cruise Terminal to Red Hook

I've read several threads and just want to confirm that a taxi for 4 between the cruise terminal and Red Hook will be $40 each way? We have a sailing charter planned and I suppose I need to add $100 for transportation.

Is this correct?

Is is $40 each way from Havensight dock. It's about $2 more per person from Crown Bay dock.
