To anyone on the Pursuit at the moment

If you have a spare second we would be really grateful if you could check with guest relations to see if a forgetful passenger on the maiden voyage left a somewhat battered but much loved men's Levi jacket on the ship. If not DH has unpacked it and put it away somewhere very safe!

Indeed it is his - great detective work - we are in the UK although booked using a stateside address.

Here’s the instructions from German, our Guest Relations Manager on the Pursuit. I understand it will be handled in Southampton next.

Please have guest enter a claim for the lost item at https://www.chargerback.com/support.asp

Right upper corner click on Report Lost Item, and follow the few steps. It is super simple. Once claim is created we merge it with our record. The guest will have different shipping options to choose from, paying directly to the shipping company on the same website.
