When can we disembark?

I'm trying to plan a shuttle from the Civitavecchia Port to Rome and I'm wondering how soon after the ship arrives can we get off? If the ship is scheduled to arrive at 6:00 am (assuming we arrive on time) can I plan to disembark by 7:00? Earlier? I've never cruised before so I'm unsure how this works. :p

FYI: I'm sailing on the NCL Epic out of Barcelona on June 3rd. We're arriving to Rome June 6th.

Sorry, I feel I should clarify... This isn't our final disembarkation. This is just for a port of call and I'm trying to get my excursions in order. Thanks!

You should be able to get off at 6am or before. For port stops where you dock (not tender) the published time is typically when you can go ashore. Those ports (Naples the prior day and Civitavecchia) are close together, so you should be on time.

At a port of call you should be off within 15 minutes of arrival, especially in the EU.
