What time do the mini busses depart from the dockyard for Horseshoe Bay?

From morning through mid afternoon. There's no schedule. They depart as they fill up.These are privately owned and operated vehicles, not part of the government transportation system.

When I've watched the Bermuda cam, I've seen the mini buses queuing up at around 7am Bermuda time; but equally important is how quickly the bus would fill before it would leave.

Unless you are traveling as part of a group of 7 or 8, you could end up waiting for more passengers.

They know that as soon as people get off the ship, there will be business, so they know the cruise ship schedule better than the Captains. :)
