Celebrity equinox in the Caicos?

I’m following the equinox because I have family on board. I noticed yesterday that, according to marine traffic, they were going to the Caicos for a medical evacuation. it appears to me that it has been going in circles for the last 12 hours and hasn’t stopped. Is this because of the weather or is it truly a medical evacuation question

On board now. Someone was airlifted off at approximately 0030 this morning. The lost time caused the cancellation of San Juan.
