which terminal Queen Mary will return 15.12.18 at the end of the transatlantic cruise

Does anyone know which terminal Queen Mary will return to 15.12.18 at the end of the transatlantic eastbound cruise from New York.

The cruise ship schedule on the Southampton VTS (ABP Southampton) web site shows QM2 will be at the Ocean Terminal on 15 December 2018. Here is the link to that schedule for your reference.

According to this, Ocean Terminal but it's worth checking again nearer the time.

Your suggestion to check again nearer the time is a good one. If QM2 has a "usual" terminal in Southampton, it would be the Ocean Terminal. The current schedule for the remainder of 2018 shows QM2 will be at the Ocean Terminal unless Britannia is also in port the same day in which case Britannia is at the Ocean Terminal and QM2 moves to the QEII Terminal. On 15 December 2018, the schedule shows the only other cruise ship in port is Oceana at the Mayflower Terminal. But schedules can and do change for any number of reasons.

We had a similar situation on one of our crossings on QM2 in November 2010. Our e-tickets originally showed we were to arrive at the Mayflower terminal. Then a few weeks before the voyage, we received an email notification that we would be arriving at the Ocean terminal instead. QE was scheduled to use the Mayflower terminal that day.

Then the day before our arrival in Southampton, it was announced that the ship occupying the Ocean terminal (P&O Artemis) would not be departing as originally scheduled because of the weather and we were moved to the QE II terminal. Here is a Cruise Critic article about that day in Southampton.

Out of curiosity, why does the QM2 use the QEII terminal when the Britannia is in port. Does it have to do with some specific design requirements of the Britannia?
