Marie50 Posted March 18, 2018 #1 Share Posted March 18, 2018 Does anyone know if there is a special time at the bars when they have drink specials in the late afternoon or evening?
bobpell Posted March 18, 2018 #2 Share Posted March 18, 2018 Having just debarked from the Eurodam Mar. 11 I observed a busy boisterous Crow's Nest Happy hour from 4 to 5 pm each day!! Enjoy Bob
RuthC Posted March 18, 2018 #3 Share Posted March 18, 2018 A 4:00-5:00 PM Happy Hour in at least one bar seems to be standard. Sometimes there is also a later Happy Hour in the same, or another bar. There was one at 10:00 PM in the Crow's Nest on my last cruise. Always check your daily program to see when/where they are being held on any given day. Rare kazu Posted March 18, 2018 #4 Share Posted March 18, 2018 As Ruth said, check your When and Where (your daily programme) . there have been 2 happy hours on our cruises in the past. The 4pm seems to be standard on all our cruises. The second one has been at 9 and 10 pm on past cruises. 10 pm seems to be the preferred time on most ;)
Krazy Kruizers Posted March 18, 2018 #5 Share Posted March 18, 2018 On many ships that we have sailed on there was a Happy Hour at both the Ocean Bar and Crow's Nest from 4 - 5 PM. Then there was another one later in the evening in a different bar. NOW -- some people are reporting that ships that now have the EXC in the Crow's Nest -- the 4 PM Happy Hour has been changed to a different bar. So best to check each day your daily program for the time and place. There isn't a Happy Hour on embarkation day.
KroozNut Posted March 18, 2018 #6 Share Posted March 18, 2018 Not Eurodam per se, but our recent experience on Oosterdam was as Krazy describes. 4-5 pm in Ocean Bar and Crow's Nest, then again at 10 pm in Crow's Nest. Buy one, get the second for $2.. We're sailing Eurodam later this year.. Hope it's the same. :)

KroozNut Posted March 18, 2018 #9 Share Posted March 18, 2018 Do both drinks have to be the same? Sent from my iPhone using Forums Pretty sure they do. On our most recent sailing, in the Ocean Bar, they typically served you both drinks at the same time during HH.

ger_77 Posted March 18, 2018 #11 Share Posted March 18, 2018 Do both drinks have to be the same?Sent from my iPhone using Forums Yes, they do. If you don't want to have 2 drinks in front of you (clutter on the tiny tables), ask them to put them together in a larger glass. (I am assuming you will be ordering both drinks for yourself, not you and a partner - of course, you could always ask for a straw and both of you could drink from the same one! LOL ) Smooth Sailing ! :) :) :)
