Can I transfer a booking to another name or is that considered a cancellation?

Hi all

An issue has come up today which potentially impacts upon our cruise in early October 2018. The issue is not covered (at this stage) by our travel insurance.

Rather than cancel and lose 50% of our cruise costs does anyone know if there is a way or option to sell the cruise off-market and transfer the cruise into another couple names or would this be considered a cancellation?

thanks in advance.

I assume Holsworthy is in UK? Rules are different for European passengers than US passengers. Also the cruiselines have different rules. Best to talk to your Travel Agent on this.
