It looks like you may be directly below a public area of the Lido deck, so you may have some noise whenever the crew moves around the chairs, etc. On the other hand, it is pretty close to all the action which can be a plus. I guess it all depends on where your original cabin was and did it also have a balcony?

 

We are booked on Dream in August and upgraded from deck 9 interior to an interior spa stateroom.
