None are at POM. :(

But several are in nearby downtown Miami, including Hertz and Avis, and usually offer shuttles, or taxi to them for about $12+ or Uber for under $10

And National, Alamo, Thrifty and Enterprise offer shuttles between their MIA airport location and POM (show the driver your reservation papers). If you get a good deal from someone else at MIA a taxi from POM will cost $27+tip or you can Uber for just under $20

Alamo, National, Enterprise, Dollar, and Thifty provide free shuttle service from the Port Of Miami to the Miami International Airport Rental Car Center which is located directly across from Miami International Airport. The shuttles circle the terminal area and transport passengers when they are full. When you leave your ship, gather your luggage and exit the terminal the shuttles will be passing out front. Flag them down, they will pull over to pick you up. Some drivers will ask to see your rental car reservation before they allow you on the shuttle because some cruise passengers are looking for free transportation back to MIA. If you rent from Hertz, Budget, or Avis they have downtown Miami locations that are relatively close to the Port Of Miami. Alamo, National, and Enterprise are owned by the same company and share their shuttles. Dollar and Thifty are owned by the same company and share their shuttles. The quick ride takes approximately fifteen minutes.
