A day late but here we go.

 

I´ve lost a few gramms and am now down to 79,5 kg or 175,3 lbs.

I´m tracking my intake with myfitnesspal and my outdoor activities with mapmyfitness. I also rediscovered my wii banalnce board.

 

Hopefully all together will do the trick.

kasi1979 ~ thanks for starting the thread. Wonder where Belle is.:confused:

I use My Fitness Pal too & do Wii Fit each day except Sunday.

 

I stayed the same this week so that's okay.

 

Have a great week. Just 3 weeks 'til my next cruise & I can hardly wait even if it will be at near the top of my weight range.:o

Glad to see others' successes this past week, even if it was only a "stay the same".

 

I lost .5 lb. Not much, but better than nothing I guess. Just want to keep moving in the right direction.

 

Jo, I'm jealous of your cruise to Cuba. It's definitely on my list of places to see someday! You've been before? Sounds like a great cruise. Enjoy, no matter your weight!

 

Hope everyone has a great week coming up. I'm dreading Super Bowl Sunday. :( It'll just have to be one day I take off this week. I enjoy preparing (and eating!) food for the game too much!

Michelle ~ funny you should mention the Cuba cruise as it has somehow disappeared from my signature!!:confused: DH & I took the same cruise last year

& really enjoyed it so are doing it again. It goes right around the island stopping at 5 places in Cuba & Montego Bay. This will be my 8th time to Cuba so you can tell me likey.;)

 

Have a nice weekend, pretty cold but sunny here.

I'm on a last minute cruise to a 10 Mexican cruise

with my daughter.

Same people who watch my mother are watching

my husband so I could go away and take a needed

break. Having a great time but eating to much, trying

to walk more.

 

Left on the 28th, sorry to say... come back on Feb 7th.

 

Sounds like you all did pretty good and you have cruises coming up.

 

Watch out today..Super Bowl! I'm a good one to talk with

all the food here!

 

Try to write on Wed. if remember and internet works.

Enjoy Belle, time with kids are as valuable as gold.

 

Man, I just can not get it going.

 

Mornings - eat just fine.

 

Afternoons - no problem.

Maybe I finally turned the corner, after 2 weeks of fighting a cold, climbed back on the bike this morning for a decent ride. I know exercise always improves my attitude and my will power, it's just forcing myself to do it.

 

If I'm only 205 tomorrow I'd be happy, but it feels worse than that.

 

Congrats to everyone continuing the fight - good to have a place to check in and share the mindset.
