Platinum towards end of cruise - benefits

I have 69 points and taking a 7 day cruise. Will I get the benefits of going platinum on this cruise and get priority boarding or do I need to purchase FTTF?

You’ll be platinum and have priority boarding

If you enter a higher loyalty level during your cruise you are considered that level for the entire cruise. Your cruise documents should reflect the new status.

We will be one day short of platinum on our 2019 14 days cruise so we booked a short 4 day in October. Yeah, we are addicted (and want the benefits for that long cruise!) :-P

Can’t speak for platinum but having booked 5 cruises as a gold...the deals don’t seem any better. As for perks you get the water, a drink coupon, and a pin. The drink coupon is worthless to me since I get cheers. So to me the only benefit of gold is it’s closer to platinum.

Unfortunately you will not see better pricing when you hit the next level. You will only see better perks.

Go into Manage My Cruise, click on cruise details, click on Print Luggage tags. They should have Priority on them. That means that you are considered Platinum already.
