Considering a 4J on the magic

I have been in a 4J on about half of my Carnival cruises. I have not heard too much noise, nothing that made me crazy. It's obviously not as silent as an interior stateroom sandwiched between two passenger decks, but it isn't below a casino either. Most you may get is a big gust of wind. However, they can get a tad rocky, as you are right on the bow. Luckily, my cruises that I had a 4J on have been relatively calm, and even if I began to feel sick, I would be rocked to sleep quickly and would be better by morning. I would recommend booking a 4J, you get the value of an inside room without having to be in a cave.
