I've done a thread search and have read many glowing assessments of Princess' handling of GF requests. However, none were terribly recent and none were from Coral Princess. So, I am requesting any last 6-8 month experience with GF:
  • at Buffet
  • Pasta
  • Pizza
  • at Bayou or Sabatinni's
  • Soy Sauce
  • Wheat filler in hot dogs/sausages/etc.
We are in TD so will have the same Wait Staff most nights (specialty dining and occasional buffet being exceptions), and have notified Princess of DH's allergy; so, I assume DH will get next night's menu every evening. Any other suggestions or hints on how to navigate the GF waters of our Ft. Lauderdale to Vancouver 19 day cruise on Coral would be greatly appreciated.
