Last time I was on Princess I thought we used coins in the laundry machines. (Of course that might be a different line, my memory is terrible). Is this still the case or do they use your sail and sign card now?
Thank you
Vicki

Pretty sure all Princess ships now use tokens. You swipe your card in a machine in the laundry room to get them.

FYI, Princess doesn’t use the term “sail and sign” card. It’s referred to simply as your cruise card.

All ships have been changed over so none of them use quarters any longer. One less thing to pack.

No cash. You use your cruise card to obtain tokens. I recommend that you bring your own favorite detergent.

Photos below were taken on the Regal but are pretty much the same on all ships

I used coins for the last time in 2007.

Funny it was an Australian Cruise, you had to go to the purser’s desk and buy American quarters to do a load.
