Seaside disembarkation questions

Someone will be picking us up in Miami after our Seaside cruise. Do Black Card members have priority disembarkation? If so what is the process, do you chose the time you want to disembark? Just want an approximate pick-up time to give for our driver. In addition, is there a lot where someone can wait for passengers in case disembarkation is running late? Thanks.
