Inaugural Spirit class itineraries.

Does anyone remember what the inaugural itinerary was on the Spirit class ships being built in Finland? Reason why I am asking is because I am interested in the new ship in 2020. Hoping there will be some Baltic stops.

Any word on the tentative shipyard building it ?

All I know it is the same company that built the Fantasy and Spirit class ships.

Spirit did a Panama canal cruise Miami to LA

Legend did the following

Europe/Transatlantic from Harwich (London) - Carnival Legend will inaugurate "Fun Ship" cruising from Europe with a 12-day Northern European voyage round-trip from Harwich (near London) Aug. 24 - Sept. 5.

The voyage will feature six historic European ports: Copenhagen, Denmark; Warnemunde, Germany; Helsinki, Finland; St. Petersburg, Russia; Tallinn, Estonia; and Amsterdam, The Netherlands.

Following the 12-day voyage, Carnival Legend will sail on Carnival's first transatlantic crossing -- a 15-day voyage departing Harwich Sept. 5 and arriving New York Sept. 20. Ports include Le Havre, France; Cobh (Cork), Ireland; Greenock, Scotland; Reykjavik, Iceland; and St. John's, Newfoundland.

The two ships will be built at Meyer Turku shipyards in Turku, Finland.

It depends on when the ships launch as to whether they will do European itineraries. If the Spring, it would be likely. Toward the fall, perhaps just a shakedown cruise or two. It also depends on where the ships can refuel.
