Majesty OV - space for suitcase?

This may be a silly question, but will my category H oceanview on deck 3 have storage for a somewhat large suitcase (26x18x13 inches)?

I would opt to bring two smaller bags if necessary.

That would reduce it to 10" lying flat, which is too high for going under either of my home beds. Do the ship's beds have a higher space underneath?

Yes, they have much more space under them.

And it fit under the bed. It was a bit of a squeeze going in, but once it, plenty of room

Have never had a problem getting suitcases to fit under the bed. Getting them back out on last day is another story but cane was a big help. We were just on the very small cabin Empress and suitcases fit great under bed.

If your suitcase won't slide under the bed, either open it and slide it, or lift the bed frame and slide it!
