Carnival conquest ocean view decks 1 & 2

hi all

Looking at booking the above for Christmas cruise this year. We've always had balcony cabins but due to budget this year have to go for a window instead! Has anyone stayed in these cabins? Are they quiet? We've never been on a deck that low before so wondering if it's noisy or if there is anything we need to worry about! Plenty of midship cabins available so I'm hoping you also don't feel much ship movement? Thanks, Any comments greatfully received!

We had a midships oceanview on Conquest two cruises ago and it was fine. Minimal noise and very little movement....those lower midships cabins should have the least motion on the ship, in fact.

Although we upgraded to an aft extended balcony for last year on Conquest, it was only because my friend wanted to treat his wife right for her first cruise. We'd had no problems with the OV room the year before.
