Uber Aruba?

Does Uber operate in Aruba? We’ve been reading about high taxi rates, and thought perhaps Uber (if available) would be cheaper. We would like to get to Flying Fishbone restaurant. If no Uber, is there a bus route. If so, would it be safe at night and how late does it run? Thanks!

No uber in Aruba. I don't know of any buses that would go to Flying Fishbone. It is off of the beaten path.
