Email to contact Ocean Players Club

What is the email address to contact the Ocean Players club to see if you earned anything from them from for a upcoming cruise?

Is there any particular information that I should include beside my name and booking number?

I doubt I will get anything because I didn't gamble much on past cruises, but I don't have anything to lose by asking.

Thanks

You don't need to contact the Ocean Players Club. If you are cruising on Carnival, call Carnival.

The best # I've found and used is Carnival VIP Casino at 866-672-2582. All you need give them is your name and booking #.

Thanks tullic. I found an email address for the Carnival representative of the Ocean Player club on here. That post was from 2-3 years ago though. I'm going to see if I get a response there. If not, I will call.

MBayona@Carnival.com

This is the email I used in January to see what perks we qualified for. Included our names & Booking #'s. I also included our Carnival VIFP #'s but don't think that was really necessary.

That is the same email address that I found. I included the same things. I spent maybe $300 each cruise gambling plus what I won I reinvested. I doubt I will get anything, but it is worth a shot.

Thank you for posting Mike's address. I have been trying to find that for the past month now. We both gambled enough on our last cruise to qualify for the DOU card so was hoping we might get something on our upcoming B2B next February.

I just contacted the Ocean Players Club last week to see how much casino cash I'll receive on our cruise that sails this afternoon. I went to their website (http://www.oceanplayersclub.com) and clicked on Get in Contact. I completed a short form and heard back within a few days. I was told by a Carnival rep that if you call, you have to leave a message. I preferred to send an email. By the way, I always bring a copy of the email with the amount with me in case my name is not on the list in the casino cage on the ship. That happened once, but it was straightened out a few hours later.

The last time I contacted Mike he responded but said that email address was going to be not used soon so contact the oceans players club online just so you know. Did you get 5000 points your last cruise? If you did according to the carnival site you should automatically have DOU card your next cruise. I just sent an email to confirm. I had over 19000 last cruise so we better get something nice

19000 will get you invited to the Premier Cruises which offer cruises at a reduced rate, and of course the free drink card! If you hit the 19000 on a Premier cruise, then you'll be invited to their fall and spring ultra cruise, along with the Premier cruises!

We've had offers for premier cruises many times but the dates didn't work for us and we don't like busy casinos and with the whole ship being gamblers it's tough to get machines you like as well

I just returned from the magic yesterday and spent a lot of time and money in the casino. My points were over 6000 by the last day. I received in my mailbox a discount for next cruise which needs to be booked within two weeks and used by August 10th. I was disappointed at this offer since I had previously played the same and would get an offer for free inside cabin. I think I will email and ask if this is a new program.

casino@carnival.com

I send:

Name

Booking

VIFP

Always here back within 48 hours.

If I already sent a request threw the Players Club email form and have not yet received a reply ( only been 4 days) is it worth it to contact the casino threw this email? Sailings not until May.

Thanks Matt

This is the only email they respond to unless you are one of their top players.

They definitely seem to have changed the "bounce-back" offers now. It used to be "free" - just pay the port taxes. Now (at least in the offer I received on Glory a few weeks back) was $100 for an interior cabin plust $100 obc on 2 to 5 day cruises, or $200 for an interior cabin plus $100 obc. I did use the offer and (always) upgrade to a balcony, but it definitely isn't "free" anymore.

Our offer was inside for $100 and $100 OBC or $200 for oceanview with $200 OBC. We booked a big corner 4J to try it for basically free. They don't offer cash much anymore.I remember days of $800 waiting for me at the cage

Thank you. I got the free drink card on both my last cruises by night 3 or 4, which meant nothing as I had already purchased the cheers package ( which cut our bar bill in half ). Going on 3 dayer soon so I emailed as my PVP said I had $75 in free play. I just sent an email to confirm. I can't recall how many points I had but I usually spend all my winnings by playing. So I have a lot of play time. Slots only.

I just got my answer from Mike. The old "Sorry, you don't get crap". Then yesterday I got an e-mail asking me if I was pleased with the response I got from them. Needless to say, I said no. We aren't big spenders but we cruised a total of 12 days last year. Each night DW and I spent at least $100 each night. They ask if I had any comments. I say "We spent at least $2400 in your casino last year and it doesn't even qualify for a cookie? We didn't really expect anything. We use to get casino cash in the past without spending that much money. But, we do it for entertainment, knowing full well we'll never get rich doing it. (Or even get a free cookie!)

The cruise line casinos just don't get it! For years I have responded to surveys and give them a gamblers point of view. We know we are going to lose and that's what we do and have fun doing it. With that being said we used to get so many things that would make most of us happy that costs the casino peanuts! I can buy a fruit basket with wine for $50 ,choc covered strawberries for like $10, cookies for like $10, a free picture or 2 . Dinner in the steakhouse for under $100 for a total of like $300 for a week and it would make most of us feel special to get recognized for the amount of money we spend. Last cruise my sign and sail bill was $13000 an that was on top of paying for a balcony cabin. And we got strawberries once and the steakhouse once. Here in Atlantic City we get like $600 a WEEK in gift cards !!! And we each get a free cruise on Carnival from Tropicana plus tons of other gifts and free play.

I did get a reply after 4 days. We did not play enough on our Sept 2017 cruise to qualify for any perks. Missed the Drinks on us card by 68 points. Did play in the Blackjack tournament and the slot tournament. Well it was worth the try. Who know may hit it this cruise

Matt
