Assuming you're asking about the sea glass beach near the Dockyard, it doesn't have a name other than "sea glass beach". It's adjacent Black Bay Beach.

It's illegal to remove any of the sea glass from that beach.

Since the first part of your question was answered by the PP, the answer for the second part of the question is that there are only 2 beaches with sea glass that I am aware of. There is one near the Dockyard and the other near St George.

The name of that beach is Alexandra Battery Beach on Barry Rd. It is about .8 mile from King's Square. I have not read about any restriction on removing sea glass from that beach, but it is possible I missed it.

The sign was down when we were there last month. However, NCL checks very carefully and will not allow any aboard. They said it brings bacteria onboard.
