how obstructed is the view...

we're off on the Britannia in a few weeks and have booked an obstructed view balcony cabin........ hubby is beginning to panic as to how much of an obstruction there will be... has anyone out there stayed in G319.. ?

Be aware that G deck on Britannia is E deck on Royal Princess which has the same deck plan so you will need to look at E319.

We stayed in cabin E301 on Royal Princess last year which is only a few doors down from your cabin. We didnt find the obstruction a problem, the top of the lifeboat was about rail height on the balcony so you could still look straight out but not down to the water.

We would definitely choose this cabin again for the saving in price.
