Summit specialty restaurants? wine?

WE are on charter cruise in 6 weeks 5 night cruise , we are elite ( because of RCCL) and in sky suite so we get suite restaurant, had done one other Celebrity cruise and loved Tuscan grill , not familiar with Qsine or sushi at 5 most likely will do one which would you pick? also how are wines by glass is there a big selection have bought premium package and are picky , do not mind going over limit that premium has.

We cruised on Summit for 15 days recently in a Sky Suite. Luminae was excellent. We dined in Tuscan Grill, Qsine and Sushi-on-5. No other choices on Summit. Tuscan Grill was very good. We enjoy Qsine and it is a fun experience. It is hard to pick between these two and it depends on what you are looking for really. TG is more formal than Qsine. Sushi-on-5 is OK but not on par with decent sushi restaurants on land. There is a good wine selection with the premium package and if you want something really special you would just pay the difference per glass. Luminae had very good wines most nights. Cellar Masters had a good selection as well.
