NCL Gem Pool Accessibility

Can someone please tell me if the pools on the NCL Gem have a lift to get in and out of the pool?

I thought I saw stairs that you can walk down into one of the pools.

Hubby cannot use the ladders to get in and out and I thought I had read that the NCL Gem pools had lifts.

According to their website all NCL pools on all NCL ships have lifts. They do add a caveat that only a few ships have lifts for the hot tubs and Gem isn't one of them.

The other thing to consider, even if there are lifts, whether they are operational, or have staff that know how to operate them, is a different question.

I have been on the the gem and the dawn.....think it was the gem that had 2 pools....on the lido deck...one had stairs and mostly children...the dawn may have only had one and it did have stairs....it's the first thing i look at when planning a cruise!!
