Recommendation for Hotel with shuttle to Port of Baltimore for Carnival cruise in Oct

Thinking about booking a cruise out of Baltimore for the first time. Need recommendation for decent hotel close to the port that has shuttle to the port and hopefully good restaurants close by. Thank you in advance!

I stay at the Best Western on O'Donnell St. They have a shuttle to take you to the Harbor for dinner or shopping and to the port. There is also a decent restaurant onsite with great crab cades.

Better crabcakes are at Jimmy's Seafood Restaurant about 10 minutes away
