New Orleans hotels through NCL. How do I find them?

Our 2019 New Orleans cruise includes a $100 hotel credit if booked thru NCL. My TA can apparently arrange this but I would like to peruse properties available first. Perhaps looking for a stay and park package.

How can I find the hotels available? NCL web site??? Word of mouth?? Ask the TA??

Ask the TA. That is their job. Easy peasy.

The $100 hotel credit is through NCL, which means they book for you. I do not think your TA can arrange this.

If you want to find your own hotel or compare prices of different hotels in New Orleans, you just need to type in "Google" the address of the port and then search for hotels near the port. Or just search "hotels near Port of New Orleans"

Your TA can definitely look up hotel packages for you and then for you to choose/decide.

Barric, hotels that NCL uses change occasionally (see the other active thread about Hawaii hotels). Again, have your TA do the work for you, and enjoy your cruise.

Honestly you will be better off from a price point of view to book your own room even with the discount in most cases. have them give you a price before you use them.

Don’t do it through NCL. I have the same credit for San Juan and I called to get pricing for their hotel... It was almost $400 for one night WITH the $100 credit. Found many other hotels that would be just as nice to us for third to half the cost of NCL.

Just did a blind booking on one of the hotels websites.

One of them offers king room with breakfast for $238.00 including taxes.

5 minute walk to port, free shuttle to port and $14.00/ night extended parking

Try this link. It is one of those comparison sites. I got two rooms in NYC for a total of 6 people and saved almsot 50%! Good luck.
