We will be in a owners suite in a few weeks on the Adventure. Looking foward to it! Does the concierge contact us prior to our arrival at the terminal? With Celebrity, we get contacted a few weeks prior to our sailing so the Concierge can handle any special requests.

The concierge may or may not contact you, you cannot depend that they will contact you.

The concierge did contact us about a week before sailing. He’s awesome!

Hugo was the terrific replacement Concierge in the Suites Lounge. The regular Concierge there, Suciel, also was terrific (she left the ship because of illness.)

Loved the pics! Brought back memories of our cruise in 1320, the OS next door.

In which port did you debark? We have never had the letter stating to show your suite sail pass for expedited customs clearance so just curious if this is new thing or just at certain ports??
