Otowncruiser Posted November 18, 2017 #1 Share Posted November 18, 2017 Hi, For the past couple of days nothing is showing up regarding funpoints or rewards and I can't access rewards boost. I sent an email but have not heard back. I plan on calling if it is not resolved by Monday. I have over 100k points that I was going to redeem for 1500 off our next cruise. Rare Saint Greg Posted November 18, 2017 #2 Share Posted November 18, 2017 I tried to make a payment on the app yesterday and I got an error message. I was able to make it this morning though. I never use the website. I always use the app. I'm waiting to do the same thing with FunPoints.
